Myself: Sleep

In the past years I adapted a really strange sleeping shedule, which got worse and... worse. I woke up around 4 pm and no matter what I did, I couldn't hear any alarm which made it even worse as I had to stay up for 24hr+ everytime I had an appointment before 4 pm. In case I didn't do that I overslept it, no matter how many alarms went off.
Since last week I managed to get up at 9 am which is good. It is surprisingly exhausting, as I am not used to be awake for more than 12-14 hours and at around 9pm, I feel like it is early morning already.
I've been afraid of the weekend because, let's face it, this is the time where nothing stands between getting up or stay in bed but here I am, awake since 9:30. Quite proud, ha!
